Agencies

Article 7
  1. These are established as the principal agencies of the World Hackers Association:
    A Grand Council, WHA council, War Council and a Grand Prezident;
  2. Such Subsidiary Agencies as may be deemed necessary from time to time may be established in accordance with these articles of association ;


Article 8
  1. The World Hackers Association shall place no restriction on the elegibility of race, gender , or nationality.
